The Doubling Time & Progression Calculator can be used for the following purposes:

1. To calculate tumor marker doubling time using data from serial measurements of a serum tumor marker.
   
   
2. To calculate tumor volume doubling time using data from serial measurements of tumor sizes.
   
   
3. To estimate the time for progression of a tumor: To estimate (T) for a tumor with a known doubling time (DT) of size A to grow to size B. If you input DT, A, and B, the calculator gives T.
   
   
4. To estimate progression of a tumor over time: To estimate the size D after a given time (T) of a tumor of size C with a known doubling time (DT). If you input DT, C, and T, the calculator gives D.
